In 2019 all player sign-on will be done online.

Follow this LINK for online SIGN-ON

All returning players keep an eye out for an email from the association (SCCSA) with instructions for sign on.

The online system will allow payments to be made by credit card.  However, for those with Get Started vouchers or for those eligible for the family discount (10% if you have 3 or more junior players) choose "pay at club and come to the "sign on day" at the Parklakes fields on 2 February 2019 from 9am to 12pm.

Players will be allocated into teams, taking into account preferences nominated, and you will be notified once this has happened.  We require coaches and managers for all age groups so please consider volunteering your time.  It doesn't matter if you have any experience.  The SCCSA offer coaching courses for new and returning coaches.

We charge a levy of $50 per family to assist with the running of the club. Anyone committing to a coaching, managing or committee position will have the levy returned once the position is confirmed. More information will be available at sign on.

NO PAYMENT - NO PLAY

Players turning 5 in 2018 are eligible to play.

U17/U18 Combined Age Groups

In 2019 the SCCSA will have individual age groups from U06 through to U16 and a combined U17/U18 age group. The combined age group for U15/U16 trialed in 2018 will NOT be used in 2019.

Registration Fees

In 2019 Bli Bli United FC Registration Fees will include team photos and will be itemised so players can see where their registration goes.  Fees for 2019 are as follows:

A family discount of 10% applies for families with 3 or more children.

The club provides the playing shirt for use through the season.  Each player will be required to purchase their own socks and shorts, which are available from the club.

Shin pads and soccer boots must be worn.

Volunteering

The club is run entirely by volunteers for the fun and development of the children.

In 2019 Bli Bli United FC will be charging a volunteer levy of $50 per family.  This will be payable with the registration.

Committee members, coaches and managers will be exempt from paying the levy.

This year the club will roster every family an allotted home game shift of either field set up, canteen, BBQ, bathrooms or field pack up. You will receive a message informing you of your duty and time. You will be given plenty of notice for your shift so if you are unable to cover this shift YOU must find someone to cover for you whether it is an aunt/uncle, grandparents, family friends or another soccer family happy to swap. Please inform the Volunteer Roster Coordinator of any changes. The Coordinators details will be provided in your shift message.

Matches & Training

Matches are played on Saturday mornings across the Sunshine Coast.  All age groups play "full sided" matches with outfielders and a goalkeeper.  The matches range from 20 minute halves for U6 to 35 minute halves for U16/U17.  Referees are normally appointed from U9 and up while the younger age groups are refereed by a coach/parent from each team.

The first match of the season is on March 9 2098.  This will be a round robin carnival (3 matches) for the U6 to U10 teams and grading matches for U11 and up.  The season concludes on 24 August with another round robin carnival for U6 to U10, while the older age groups have finals on 24 August & 31 August with the Grand Final on 7 September.

More information is available on the SCCSA website.

Training is after school one or two days per week at a time/day decided by the coach.

Coaches & Managers

Training Shirts

All the coaches and managers are parents from the team.  Coaching or managing a team is a great way to get involved and help the club and is also a a lot of fun.  Even if you know nothing about soccer think about giving it a go.

The club has a lot of experienced parents who are more then happy to help out.

Bli Bli United FC has training shirts which we request all players in teams from U11 and updwards to purchase.  These are subsidised by our sponsorship from White's IGA.  Shirts are available at the club canteen and will cost $10 each.

Get Started is a State Government initiative providing up to a maximum of $150 per child to help pay the cost of membership fees for eligible families.  Vouchers are available from early 2019 and are typically claimed quickly so get in early.

The vouchers are presented to the club when you complete sign on.
